Supported File Types
Vimeo and Youtube support just about any kind of video file, including these
common formats: MP4, MOV, WMV, AVI, and FLV. In the rare
circumstance that a format is not supported, an Invalid File error is
displayed on the video page. The easiest and most recommended format is
.mp4.


Advanced Premiere Pro Settings for file export.
   1. Format: H.265 (or H.264 for older software) (.mp4)

   2. Frame Sizes:
         β€’ UHD (4K): 3840 x 2160
         β€’ Quad HD: 2560 x 1440
         β€’ Full HD: 1920 x 1080
Please note – After selecting H.265 (or later) the default settings should
be fine at whatever they default to. You don’t need to worry about the
stuff below this line, but it’s here for reference.
   3. Frame Rate: Match the frame rate of the source video.
   4. Target Bitrate:
         β€’ Standard Shorts (1080p): 4-6 Mbps
         β€’ High-Quality Shorts (4K): 20-30 Mbps
      Adjustments can be made based on the complexity of your content.
   5. Bitrate Encoding: VBR (Variable Bitrate), 1-pass
   6. Field Order: Progressive
   7. Aspect Ratio: Match the aspect ratio of the source video. For Shorts, often
      9:16 for vertical or 16:9 for landscape.

   β€’   Audio Settings:
         β€’ Codec: AAC
         β€’ Bitrate: 128 kbps
         β€’ Sample Rate: 48 kHz


          β€’    Channels: Stereo
   β€’   Use Maximum Render Quality: Enable this option for better results,
       especially if you've resized or scaled your clips.
   β€’   Export in Maximum Depth: This option can improve the quality of gradients
       and color transitions.
   β€’   Export Queue: Consider using Adobe Media Encoder for batch exporting and
       managing multiple exports efficiently.
   β€’   File Naming: Use a clear and concise naming convention for your exported
       files to stay organized.

YouTube Shorts is a platform for short, engaging videos.

   -   Shorts videos should be 1080 x 1920
   -   Shorts videos should be under 60 seconds.
   -   Shorts can be used on most social media sites.
   -   Shorts popularity can vary widely, some of mine have between 3-300,000
       views.

To ensure your content looks its best, follow these advanced export settings in Adobe
Premiere Pro:

   1. Format: H.265 (or H.264 for older software) (.mp4)
   2. Frame Sizes:
         β€’ Standard Shorts: 1080 x 1920 (Vertical Video)
         β€’ Landscape Shorts: 1920 x 1080
   Please note – Again after selecting H.265 (or later) the default
   settings should be fine.
